What started as a celebration has become a movement. Foodville 2026 is our biggest year yet — more vendors, more stages, more community, and more impact. Every dish you serve contributes to something larger than the festival, with proceeds supporting Table for Us in the fight against food insecurity across Canada. Come feed the people. Payment Guidelines

All vendors must complete and submit an official vendor application for consideration. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. Approved vendors will be contacted directly with next steps, including pricing, payment options, and onboarding details.

If a vendor chooses to secure their participation through a deposit or split-payment option, that deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

All vendors using a split-payment option will be required to complete their remaining balance by June 30, 2026. Failure to complete payment by June 30, 2026 will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit and immediate release of the vendor space to another applicant.
